The brief

Office IS Interior Solutions were approached to produce designs that made maximum use of a new office space on the third floor to accommodate 100 staff being relocated to make space for expansion in other offices situated nearby.

The Solution

By utilising a flexible range of furniture, we were able to accommodate the required 100 staff and allow space for meeting rooms and break out areas plus further space for growth, our CAD team provided a number of different options suited to Win Technologies' requirements. A bespoke solution was required to provide a flexible option to house two 22" monitors on each desk allowing for full articulation making the screens adjustable in height and tilt to suit any user, Slide & Rotate CPU holders were also supplied to house the main PC tower but allowing the IT department easy access for installation and assembly.
The installation was carried out over a 3 day period and completed on time to Win Technologiesstandards.

“We have worked with members of the Office IS team for a number of years and had every confidence they would be able to provide a quality design led service, with space at a premium and 450 staff it is important for us to make the most of our office spaces, Office IS were able to provide a number of different designs for us to choose the most suitable from, these were completed very efficiently from initial survey to drawing approval”

Emma Jarvis, Win Technologies Facilities Manager.

“The installation was completed very well and the install team were a pleasure to work with, we would have no problem in recommending Office IS and would use them again in the future.”
